Khaveh District (Persian: بخش خاوه) is in Delfan County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Barkhordar.[3]
After the 2011 census, Khaveh-ye Jonubi Rural District and Khaveh-ye Shomali Rural District were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Khaveh District, which was divided into two rural districts.
At the latest National Census in 2016, the district had 20,313 inhabitants in 5,892 households.[2]
In October 2020, the village of Barkhordar was elevated to the status of a city.[3]
