Lumar Rural District (Persian: دهستان لومار) is in the Central District of Sirvan County, Ilam province, Iran.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Shirvan District of Chardavol County) was 6,223 in 1,276 households.[4] There were 5,157 inhabitants in 1,292 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,584 in 450 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sirvan County.[3] The largest of its 16 villages was Eslamiyeh, with 347 people.[2]
