Tíjola is a municipality of Almería province, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain.
History
In antiquity, Tíjola was the Phoenician colony of Tagilit (Phoenician: 𐤕𐤂𐤋𐤕, TGLT, or 𐤕𐤂𐤋𐤉𐤕, TGLYT).[2]
